Crafting and placing a Wooden Door, Wooden Table and Wooden Chair in the unfinished house.Once a lesson has been completed, the next lesson can be started by talking to the Guide again. The Guide has various lessons, which must be completed in order.
Upon entering the Tutorial, the player will be prompted to talk to the Guide, and given the controls to move, aim, jump, close menus and interact with NPCs. The player will always spawn as a default male character named 'Tutorial' with no items in their inventory. It is an ordinary Terraria world, except for an unfinished house and extra blobs of Iron Ore near spawn. On the Console version and Mobile version, the Tutorial uses a Journey Mode world.
